Constitution of SC / ST Committee
In compliance with the guidelines issued by the University of Mysore, Government of Karnataka, UGC,
and AICTE, and with a view to ensuring the welfare, protection, and equal opportunities for students and
staff belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST), the SC/ST Committee of KSF
School of Business and Technology, Mysuru is hereby constituted with immediate effect. The committee
shall function for the Academic Year 2025–26 and 2026-27 or until further orders.

Constitution of Anti-Ragging Committee
As per UGC Regulations on Curbing the Menace of Rogging in Higher Educational Institutions, 2009, the Anti-Ragging Committee is hereby constituted for the academic year 2025-26.

Sub: Establishment of Grievance lledressal Committee-reg
In accordance with the provisions of the UGC (Redressal of Grievances of Students) Regulations, 2019, guidelines of AICTE, and the norms of the University of Mysone, and with a view to ensuring a fair, transparent, and effective mechanism for addressing grievances of students, faculty, and non-teaching staff, the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) of KSF School of Business and Technology, Mysuru is hereby established with immediate effect. Functions of the Committee
1. To receive and redress grievances relating to academic, administrative, and infrastructural matters
2. To ensure imparttal, fair, and time-bound resolution of grievances
3. To safeguard the rights and dignity of students and staff
4. To recommend suitable corrective and preventive measures to the management
5. To maintain records of grievances received and actions taken
Procedure
Grievances may be submitted in online or written form
All grievances shall be acknowledged within 48 hours
The Committee shall endeavour to resolve grievances within 15 working days
Confidentiality
All grievances shall be dealt with strict confidentiality, and no complainant shall be subjected to
discrimination or retaliation
