Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the provisions of the UGC (Redressal of Grievances of Students) Regulations, 2019, guidelines of AICTE, and the norms of the University of Mysore, and with a view to ensuring a fair, transparent, and effective mechanism for addressing grievances of students, faculty, and non-teaching staff, the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) of KSF School of Business and Technology, Mysuru, is hereby established with immediate effect.
This committee shall function for the Academic Year 2025–26 or until further notice.

Functions of the Committee

  1. To receive and redress grievances relating to academic, administrative, and infrastructural matters.

  2. To ensure impartial, fair, and time-bound resolution of grievances.

  3. To safeguard the rights and dignity of students and staff.

  4. To recommend suitable corrective and preventive measures to the management.

  5. To maintain records of grievances received and actions taken.

Procedure

  • Grievances may be submitted in online or written form.

  • All grievances shall be acknowledged within 48 hours.

  • The Committee shall endeavour to resolve grievances within 15 working days.

Confidentiality

All grievances shall be dealt with strict confidentiality, and no complainant shall be subjected to discrimination or retaliation.
